I have an employee who needs to access a custom report on Expenditures and the role I'd like to use for that is the Accounts Payable Specialist. However, that role has higher level of access than needed. I tried creating a custom role, removing all of the "edit" and "manage" capabilities, but still no access. Is it possible to create a custom role in that subject area?
