Using simple components for budgeting and alerts in workforce compensation plan

My customer wants to use simple components in Workforce compensation plans. I saw in 21C and 22A on enabling simple components for posting and using Individual worker display to enter the details. However,

  • they also want to charge the amounts entered against each component to a separate budget and
  • want to enforce alerts to not over a certain allowed percentages/amounts for each of those components

Has anyone worked on a similar scenario and able to accomplish this.
