Absence case not getting created if requests are submitted from ESS / MSS

Summary:

Hi All,

We are implementing Absence and Payroll solution for one of our UK clients and have enabled Absence case functionality (as per guidance shared by Oracle)

We are facing issue where absence requests created from employee / manager self-service are not creating Absence cases. Also, Statutory entitlements are not triggered and hence it is not paid.

However, if similar request is submitted by Admin, then we don't face any issues.

Additionally, if we show legislative DFFs on ESS / MSS pages, then we don't face any issue … However, these fields impact user experience and are not at all
