Creating subscription with commitments at the header level

Summary:

Hi Team, We are looking to create a subscription contract with multiple subscription lines and a single commitment at the header level. i.e commitment including all the subscription lines to sum up and provide a true up or overage. Has anyone implemented a similar usecase using OSM?
