Unable to change the Person Number through HDL using Source Keys

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement to change the Person Number for some of the existing employees whose record have been created using Fusion UI and some via HDL load. We have NOT used Source_System_ID or Source_System_Owner in our HDL files to load the Worker.dat files. We have NOT opted for the HCM Module of "Workforce Deployment" in the offerings. Hence we do NOT have access to Person management task.

As per Oracle SR Doc ID 2179292.1, to change the Person Number through HDL using Source Keys:

Below is the example changing the person number from 1234 to a dummy value 4567.
