Incorrect proration for Mid Pay Salaried Employees
Summary:
We have a scenario where Employee went from salaried exempt to non-exempt effective 5/20/24. EE received pay on 6/3/24 for the non-exempt proration plus exempt pay for only 5/16 - 5/19. Exempt pay for 5/1 - 5/15 did not happen on 6/3/24 pay. The exempt payroll relationship was ended on 5/19 and the non-exempt relationship was started on 5/20/24.
Expectation is 6/3/24 Pay- should include pay from 5/1 - 5/19 as exempt and 5/20 - 5/31 as non exempt.
