Unable to import tax line after 24C patch got applied

Hi Team,

We see tax lines are not imported into Oracle during autoinvoice after 24C patch got applied in prod. We see 'Line Transactions Flexfield Context' values are populated from segment 1 to segment 15 (segment 9 to segment 15 values are '0' on all lines) on 'Line' and on tax line 'Link-to Transactions Flexfield Context' values are populated from segment 1 to segment 8 only.

Before 24C patch we were able to import the tax lines even when the Link to Transactions flexifield is populated from segment 1 to segment 8 where as 'Line Transactions Flexfield Context' has values are populated from segment 1 to segment 15 (segment 9 to segment 15 values are '0' on all lines) on 'Line'.
