chat control - HTML confusing to agents

A lot of our standard text has HTML that we need to give to customers. However, sometimes the agents need to add a bit of clarifying text before sending the standard text, and since they cannot preview the message the way it will appear (if it's rendered in HTML), it really slows them down. 

Is there a way to set the chat control (either in the workspace or as something the agent can control) so that the agent will see the "finished product" with HTML rather than seeing all the code?
