ADF personalziation file

Summary:

After installing the SCM Redwood Personalization Helper, when I open it , it requeres to add an ADF personalziation file. Accoring MOS this can be obtained from Configuration → MIgration. This file must be generated each time we need to do a personalization or this is just as the firt time using SCM Redwood Personalization Helper?

Where I can get more information about how to use this tool? any video, ppt or community event?
