How to determine/identify recipient(external applicant) of job alerts

Hi,

We are trying to identify the external applicants who have received job alerts sent by ESS job "Process Recruiting Job alerts". Can you advise if there is any way to find out who received notifications. Is there any table or report or way to retrieve SMTP logs to identify the same?
