Not able to create internal PR using VBCS

Hi @Ashok Sriniva-Oracle and Gurus,

I was trying to create an internal Expense PR using VBCS mentioned in below link, but everytime when I submit there will be an error saying:

however after i populated with the internal source organization code system i throwing another error saying source type is not allow to update.

can someone help to check what's the reason? thanks in advance!
