Service is currently unavailable in DCS

Summary:

The DCS login is not working. When logged in as an Admin user, we can see all the details and are able to create and view SRs/Work Orders. However, when logged in as a normal user with Account Manager, User, and Account Admin roles, the login is not functioning properly.
