Approval for Goal section instead of Individual Goal.

Summary:

When an employee create a goal approval is triggered to the line manager .Still Line manager approve it , Employee cant create or update goals in Goal plan.

Instead of approving individual goal is there way we can trigger single approval for n number of Goals . So that line manager will have only one approval notification.
