Error to access to Broadbean

Hello,
A user can no longer access Broadbean via the “Go to partner account” link. The account is active because users from the same site can access it. But this particular user can no longer access it and gets this error message:
Has anyone ever had this message?
He used to be able to connect to Broadbean. He then had a change of contract, but his assignment is active and correctly completed.
