HRG_GOAL_SOURCE Lookup - what does it do?

Summary

Looking through the Oracle Implementing Goal Management guide and HRG_GOAL_SOURCE is listed as an extensible lookup, but I can't find any information on where it appears in the UI, or what it does?

It currently has three options - worker goals, organisation goals and library goals.

The only goal source field I can find in OTBI seems to related to the goal assignment source type (worker, manager HR specialist etc).
