Inquiry on Monitoring ESS Jobs in Oracle Fusion Environment

edited Aug 21, 2024 9:10AM in Performance Management 1 comment

Summary:

Recently, we encountered a performance issue in our Oracle Fusion environment. After investigation, our SR engineer identified that certain ESS jobs running at that time contributed to the problem.

We are interested in utilizing the capabilities of the Monitors dashboard in Synthetic Monitoring to gain better insights into our ESS jobs. Specifically, we are exploring the feasibility of implementing an Infolet to track the status of ESS jobs. Our goal is to monitor the following statuses:

  • Running
  • Failed
  • Warnings
  • Scheduled
  • Any other relevant statuses

Would implementing such an Infolet be a feasible solution to help us monitor the performance and status of ESS jobs effectively? If anyone has experience with this or can provide insights into potential implementation strategies, we would greatly appreciate your input.

Howdy, Stranger!
