Is there any information on the alert - WLF-00012

Summary:

I've noticed a new (or new to me anyhow) alert and I'm wondering if someone can point me to more information about this. I can't find anything on it. How is it intended to be used?

We were recently asked if there was a notification that could be triggered to employees when there is a content change in the Self-paced learning, even to those that have a completion status on the course. I'm wondering if that's what this does. Does anyone have any insight on this alert?
