Help Configuring Guided Journeys to work with GenAI services

The team is working on a POC to use guided journeys to display a response from an API call; however, documentation is limited as far as specific implementation steps so hoping a few things can be clarified here.

  1. Are there any specific instructions for what type of response can be received from the API? So far we're able to successfully trigger the API, however, content is persistently coming back as null. Am I right in assuming that content type in the response back from the API must be HTML?

2. Does the request payload contain the conclusive list of attributes which can be referenced in the transaction?
