Unable to run Run Employee Active Payroll Balance Report

Hi All,

I am unable to run the "Run Employee Active Payroll Balance Report" flow in payroll since the report is asking me to provide a field that is mandatory but has no values.

The field name is "Balance Group Usage"

I know that the balance group usage is a task and has many seeded ones available but I want to simply run this report by bypassing this parameter. Is there a way to do it.
