Need to Convert Contingent worker(for vendor) to Non-Worker type
Hi All,
We have been suggested by Oracle that if we convert Contingent workers (Service Providers) to Non-Worker Category then their record won't be managed in HR system and it will bring down Hosted Employee count in Oracle .
We have more than 1200 service providers , is there any easy way to convert contingent worker record to Non-Workers instead of doing termination.
