Can I limit the number of surveys sent to a customer for service requests
Summary:
I am integrating Survey Monkey with Oracle CX for resolved service requests. We have some customers who open many SR's in a day. Is there a way to put a limit on how many surveys are set out to a particular contact in a day? We don't want to inundate customers with surveys for every SR. Also, if we have customers who complain about getting surveys, can we exclude them from surveys within CX?
