24C New feature: Progress Job Applications Without Sending Notifications to Candidates

Summary:

Hi All,

As per 24C new feature, we can select option whether to send notification to candidate or not to send notification in Candidate selection process.

When we select Do not send notification in CSP, then notification are not sent even offer is extended to candidate.

Ques - How candidate will accept or Decline Offer if notification is not sent to them ?
