Knowledge Authoring not appearing on the Knowledge section

Summary:

We are unable to see the 'Authoring' icon on the Knowledge section though all the relevant setup has been done. The additional functional priviledge of 'Knowledge Authoring with Redwood User Interface' also has been added

Still we are not seeing the icon
