Which table stores the data from plans and plan types tab?

Hi Team,

I am trying to fetch the data from plans and plan types tab which is under below navigation:

Benefits Administration > Plan Configuration > Program Name > Basic Details > Plan and Plan Types

I am using BEN_PGM_F ,  BEN_POPL_YR_PERD , BEN_YR_PERD , BEN_PL_F , BEN_PL_TYP_F tables for this report, but I am not able to find below highlighted fields.

Please let me know which table I should look into to get these fields into report.
