Receiving error in VBS after importing workspace from HRPH tool: Upgrade your application

Summary:

I am trying to import a workspace that was created by the HCM Redwood Personalization Helper (HRPH) tool and when importing, I receive an error that prevents me from doing anything else.

Content:

I logged an SR to resolve the error, and creating a new git branch fixes the issue, but then makes the imported personalizations go away. If I try to import again, I get the error. I have followed the user guide (doc 2999561.1) to the letter and have had no success.

I have:

  • Created new workspaces
  • Deleted old workspaces
  • Imported workspaces from HRPH
