Are there any available API's to create and update sourcing rules and assignments in oracle cloud

Summary: Business requirement is to configure EDI 832, where information sent by supplier will be used to create/update - BPA, ASL and sourcing rules. We were able to find the API's to create/update BPA and ASL's. But did not find any REST API to create/update sourcing rules/assignments.
