Allow multiple BPA linked to an item on a single requisition using Min Max

Summary: Purchase requisitions are created through Min-Max, but when an item is associated with more than one BPA, only one of the BPA lines is included when the purchase requisition is generated.

Example: Item number 1000048553 belongs to BPA agreement number HG-CN-10001 with the supplier Circus Energy, and the same item number 1000048553 also belongs to another BPA agreement number HG-CN-10002 with the supplier Total Energy.

Expected Result: When the ESS job Print Min-Max Report is run, and the ESS job Process Supply Chain Orchestration Interface is processed, we expect the generated purchase requisition to contain this item listed under both supplier names. The requester would then manually remove the supplier with the higher price from the PR lines before sending it for approval. Is this achievable?
