Requisition using a project number caused issues in month end

Scenario:

Requisition is placed using a project number that has an end date of 6/30/2024. The item is a active stocked item in inventory and it creates a transfer order in the month of June.

The item does not have stock on hand so it goes into backorder status.

The item becomes available in July and the warehouse releases the transfer order and ships the item in July.

When PPM month end close is processed in July, there are issues closing PPM because the transaction is trying to process against the project that had an end date of 6/30/2024.
