    Would like to understand how to Audit and review User LIcense in Fusion Sales

    We are going through the exercise to understand how User License is being calculated and how to actively audit the # of licenses used in fusion sales.

    Our understanding is that license is only taken if a user is active, regardless of the roles they take in the system, can someone confirm it?

    Also we would like to proactively validate and manage our license through a monitored report. Is it doable in BI?
