Duplicate United States Entries and Missing Geography Type in Manage Geographies

I'm encountering issues when trying to add the US and UK in the Manage Territory Geographies task. Duplicate entries are appearing, and the Geography Type field is not displaying as expected. Steps Taken:

1. Searched for United States: When searching for the United States in Manage Geographies, multiple duplicate entries are appearing ( same scenario for UK).
