Having to interchange first name and last name while filling request for information form

On the request for more information form that gets triggered automatically to the candidate on a certain phase & state that is defined as per candidate selection process > while filling the form on behalf of the candidate (while testing) > Having to interchange first name and last name at times while filling up the form.

At time, when entered the first and last name correctly, the system does not take the E-signature into account. Instead when the first and last name is interchanged and written, then the E-signature is accepted.

Plz explain as to why this is happening. (plz note that this is happening for random candidates)
