Generating dynamic link in Leads and Opportunity

Hello,

We've referred to the mentioned document and tried to incorporate dynamic link for Leads and Opportunity Approvals. Whenever the Object Workflow is triggered, the email with the below link (dynamically changing Lead ID) is sent to the user. When the Approver clicks on the link, the link is taking the approver to the Landing page of the Lead and not the particular Lead Summary page. How to alter the link to take the approver directly to the Lead Summary page ?
