Restrict the list of user types available for adding/removing

Hi all,
We have created a "Team leader" user type in Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) so that a staff with this user type can grant the rights to his/her teammates to create or approve requisitions. However, is there any ways to restrict the User Types that a team leader can be grant/revoke? In general, we have many different user types, such as System Administrator, Requisition Creator, Requisition Approver, etc., we would like to ensure that only certain user type(s) can be granted/revoke by a team leader using this user type.
Is it possible to do that in TEE? Thank you.
