Dynamic link in email template for Leads and Opportunity

Hi team,

We have employed Object Workflows to send email notification during an Approval Process. We've referred to the below mentioned document to send dynamic link (Deep link) in the email whenever the object workflow is triggered. Even after replacing the required part of the URL, it is still only leading the approver till Landing Page of Leads and not the exact Lead Summary page. Can someone suggest exactly in which part of the URL are we missing out.
