Description (Required):

Every user must subscribe to the job in order to receive email notifications about the job status. Expecting a feature where the Administrator would have the privilege to configure email recipients for the respective jobs.
Also looking for a feature from VBS which will send build job logs as an email attachment with configurable recipients

Admin should have privilege to subscribe email notifications for others, this will help to manage email notification subscriptions
