Align report within Planning and Narrative Reporting

I have one instance of Planning and another instance of Narrative Reporting.

I am generating reports in Narrative Reporting from reports copied from Planning to be able to use the collaborative functionalities of Narrative Reporting, but I want the reports to remain available in the Planning instance.

I would like to know how I can have the reports aligned between instances, because if I modify in Planning or in Narrative the report of the other instance remains without the change.

What are the best practices for the maintenance of these reports in both instances?
