I need help setting up an account hierarchy to allow business users to view it in the cloud GL

I need help setting up "Account Hierarchy Management" to allow business users to view it in the cloud general ledger. Currently, they have access to view the Account Hierarchy Management In EBS, We need similar EBS "Account Hierarchy Management' in Fusion cloud . I have already set up a few hierarchies in Fusion cloud ,  which I can view, update, and modify. However, business users only need access to view the hierarchy in fusion, just like in EBS. Could you please guide me on how to set up the Account Hierarchy Management view in Fusion for business users to view only? I'd appreciate
