Pipeline and standard requisitions in position management

Hello,

I am facing the following situation: I have a position and I must create a job requisition starting from it.

The job requisition has a specific work location and legal employer. But we are open to hire in multiple work locations and legal entities.

How do you guys deal with such situations? Do you create a standard one and multiple pipeline ones? If yes, doesn't this impact your reporting?
