Internal candidates can track the status of their applications, both for internal and external
I received a request from a client to implement a feature that would allow internal candidates to track the status of their applications, both for internal and external vacancies.
The client would like candidates to be able to view the “States and Stages” of their applications, i.e. which stage of the selection process each application is at.
To meet this demand, I would like to know:
- Existing functionality: Does the current system have any functionality that allows internal candidates to track the status of their applications?
- Available reports: Are there any standard or customized reports that can be adapted to provide this information?
