Not able to submit personal contribution if Comments and Attachment section is made hidden

Summary:

We have requirement to hide comments and attachment section in Me → Compensation → Manage Personal Contribution process. We are using redwood page for this functionality.

So we have used Express mode in Visual builder studio to hide the Comments and attachment section and published.

We can see the Comments and attachment section hidden, but employee cannot submit the transaction as Submit button as it is disabled and system does not allow to proceed to comments and attachment section. Can you please guide me how to fix this issue?
