When adding Additional Attributes, only Cost Center shows up

Click Additional Attributes icon
When adding Additional Attributes, only Cost Center shows up, the Program, Fund, and Activity columns DO NOT show up.
When adding Additional Attributes, only Cost Center shows up, but when you click sort, then Program, Fund, and Activity columns show up.
When click Additional Attributes again, the Program, Fund, and Activity columns do not go away.
