Multiple Attachment fields required for Opportunity?

Summary:

We have a requirement wherein we need 2 attachment fields in Opportunity as the client would use one of the field for attaching internal documents, and use another attachment field to attach Documents Submitted to the Clients.

But we have only 1 attachment field as standard. How to accommodate multiple attachment fields in the same object ?
