Referenced RMA line always overriden

Hi @Victor Martin, @Shyam_Patel, @Thierry Lamote, @Lynn Warneka-Oracle,

When we are creating a Referenced RMA, the Line always seems to be Overriden, because of this, if user anytime enters any details on the SO header ( for example subinventory), it will not get traversed down to all the line level (this becomes major issue when we have huge number of lines in the RMA)

Could anybody please help us understand why the lines are getting overriden. I have tried matching all the attributes present at the header and line level, and everything matches, still the lines seems to be Overriden.
