Post election edit formula type not getting beneficiaries details

Hello Every One,

I am facing an issue where i need to fetch get beneficiaries details.

Employee is getting enrolled into a plan where he need to provide beneficiaries.

If he is enrolled in benefit plan A and provide beneficiaries details

and he also enrolled in other plan benefit plan B and provide beneficiaries.

Here if beneficiaries is plan A and beneficiaries in Plan B are not same then Post Election Edit should throw an error.

I could not use BEN_FN_GET_CHAR_VALUE as beneficiaries table is not available to get the details.

I cant use DBI's as the data is not yet saved in any of the tables yet.
