Risk Matrix in Maintenance

Summary:

During one of the discussions with a client who has several offshore platforms, they wanted to know if Oracle has any solution for Risk Managment and scheduling of work based on use of Risk Matrix and Risk Ratings.

Based on our understanding and the visibility of the product roadmap, we could not find anything out-of-the-box which can meet the requirement.

We were thinking of proposing the below:

Extend the work request screen to include two additional fields - "Likelihood" and "Impact" which the users can populate during the creation of the Request against an Asset. Create a dashboard in Analytics to calculate & display the Risk ratings based on the Risk Matrix and the user input values against the work request. The dashboard can display the output based on the Risk rating by Asset or by Location.
