added hierarchy tree in AOR and still not working as required

Hello,
We have created AOR using hierarchy tree and have assigned it to user, and it isn't working as expected. How can we check this ?
We want user to be able to view position based on org hierarchy and accordingly have tagged the hirarchy in aor still isnt working fine ?
