Summary: We have a requirements that when an employee transferred to one territory to other territory and the gratuity should be settled based on local labour law and the same should be deducted in the total gratuity amount when the employee is separated and final settlement process.

Example: - Employee 1 is working in UAE and transferred to KSA then Oman

1st assignment - UAE - gratuity settled with AED 1000

2nd assignment- KSA (global transfer) with 500

3rd assignment - Oman (global transfer) final settlement is happening at Oman due to separation

Total gratuity - 5000 - (1st assignment paid amount + 2nd assignment)
