Is there any field if we update (Accounted Flag) will these transactions stop coming from subledger

Summary: Need solution to fix the unaccounted transactions which we are sweeping every month. We know the reason why they are stuck and trying to resolve the issue but it is not working.

The SLA rule is defined to derive one of the segment value from Event Level DFF value which was supposed to be entered by users.
The users forgot to load the service line value at the DFF level and hence the code combination is not getting created.

I have tried by adjusting the event and reentering and re-generating the event still the accounting is not happening. Till now we have so many lines in many OU's and every months users are sweeping these transactions.
