Valid Grade is not getting inherited from the Position

For each position, we have associated one or more valid grades. In Redwood UI this is not reflected.

In the Change Assignment flow (and other flows) in Redwood UI, we noticed that the valid grade is not getting inherited from the position. The grade field is presented with an LOV that contains all grades. We would expect that only the valid grades from the position are presented in the LOV. I was wondering if other customers observe the same behavior.

We have the profile option PER_ENFORCE_VALID_GRADES set to N, but in Responsive UI it has always worked fine that only the valid grades from the position are presented in the LOV. For Redwood UI, I changed this profile option to Y for testing purpose but it does not resolve the issue.
