National Identifiers "Add Button" in Redwood

Hello,

I am trying to let the Employees add their own national identifiers in the system.

I have already given them the "Manage Person National Identifiers" privilege, but it seems that it is not enough to allow the employees to ADD their national identifiers.

I tried to create the add button via visual studio but all the Button options are greyed out and I cannot seem to select anything.

Does anyone know how to add an Add Button with visual studio?
